A work in three parts set to String Quartet #4 (Buczak) by Philip Glass.

The Vessel Stories are choreographed in homage to the artistic work of Brian Buczak. The titles of the three parts refer to aspects of his work. Through several occasions of visiting his archive and through conversation with Geoff Hendricks, I have been influenced and inspired.

Part 3 - Alcove of Treasures

Placed on Robert Moses' Kin, 2012. The premiere of THE VESSEL STORIES was at the Days and Nights Festival in Carmel, California August 2011. THE VESSEL STORIES had the New York premiere at the Judson Memorial Church in January 2012.
